Rules, pay, promotions, training, commands, and public expectations for Eclipse Dominion.

Chapter 1 of the Code

Rules

  1. Be respectful to anyone and everyone.
  2. No bullying, harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour.
  3. Stay active and attentive while working your shift.
  4. Do not ask for promotions; promotions are to be earned.
  5. Show professionalism when representing Eclipse Dominion.
  6. Do not abuse your rank, powers, or authority.
  7. Do not impersonate agency leadership or other members.
  8. Follow orders from superiors, unless they violate these rules themselves.
  9. Keep agency matters confidential.
  10. No exploiting, scamming or cheating.
  11. Do not troll or misbehave.
  12. Follow the Habbo Way.
  13. Have fun & enjoy yourself!
  14. Being is identity. Rank is achievement. Order is progression.

Pay

Rank-Based Pay

Hourly pay is based on your current tier. The higher your tier, the higher your hourly coin rate, until iC where hourly pay no longer applies.

Portal Requests

Earned coins are tracked through the portal. Members can request payout once coins are available and Finance processes the request.

Daily Limits

Members can earn up to 30.00 payable coins per pay day from hourly pay. Any extra hourly pay becomes Rank Points instead. Payout requests are capped at 30.00 coins per payout day.

Realm Points

Members can score points for their realm through Realm Games, Discord Realm Trials, and Habbo Realm Trials. These points are counted weekly.

Weekly Bonus

At the end of each week, the winning realm can earn an extra bonus. Eligible members of that realm receive bonus coins and rank points through the portal.

Chapter 3 of the Code

Promotions

Promotions are based on Rank Points, activity, conduct, and the member's current progression path. The portal checks promotion eligibility and shows it on every member profile, so staff can see when someone is eligible for a promotion.

Chapter 4 of the Code

Training

Recruitment Training

  • Every new member must follow the recruitment training to learn the basics of the Eclipse Dominion.
  • Given by any ED3 or higher member.

Trainings Supervision Training

  • Every member who moves into ED3 must follow the Training Supervision Training to learn how to supervise training sessions. They will be able to supervise training.
  • Given by any ED3 or higher member.

Transfers

  • Every new member who transfers needs to follow the training according to their rank.
  • Given by any ED3 or higher member.

Training Updates

  • If an update is made to training, all members will have to be retrained according to their rank.
  • Given by the Paragon Order.

Attention

Who: Every Member

Task: Stand up behind or in front of your seat. Do not talk or move, and wait for further orders.

FC

Front & Center "Username"

Who: Only the called out member

Task: Move towards the commanding member. Wave once and say: Yes Sir/Ma'am. Wait for further orders.

FO

Fall Out

Who: Only the member who was called out for FC

Task: Return to the position you came from. Do not talk or move again.

AE

At Ease

Who: Every Member

Task: Resume with your duties.

FTF

Fill the Front

Who: Every Member

Task: Fill a station at the front desk. Only on the Realm side that you belong to.

BTB

Back to Base

Who: Every member

Task: Stop what you are doing and return back to the base. Perform duties on the Realm side that you belong to.

Training Request

Who: Every ED3+ member available

Task: Guide a new member or transfer through a training session. Preferably from the Realm side that you belong to.

Note: Since this is a request, it can be given by any members.

Strike System

1st Strike Private Warning
2nd Strike Public Warning
3rd Strike Demotion, one or two ranks down

Rivalry

Within Eclipse Dominion we have playful and civil rivalry between our Realms. We have three realms: Light, Dark, and Paradox. For new people there are two Realms to join: Light or Dark. We encourage people to support their side.

For the iC levels we also have the Paradox realm, created to support balance between either side. Within our portal there are several Realm Games to score points for your realm. Within Discord there is a Realm Trial where members react together to secure realm points. Within Habbo we also have Realm Trials where both Realms compete and the winner claims realm points.

  • VIP membership costs 30c.
  • VIP membership gives you access to the VIP section in the ED Base.
